Turn Around Time

This is the time it takes me to make your product. Although some products are ready to ship, a few products require time to make or cure for safety reasons. 

I keep in constant contact with clients for custom orders. I'm very transparent as to how their item is progressing.

Epoxy Cups/Tumblers

If you request a name or decal on a ready made tumbler, it can take up to 2 weeks to apply and seal the decal and have a proper cure before shipping. 

Custom Epoxy Tumblers

If I am making you a custom epoxy tumbler, it can take up to 2 weeks for me to create the tumbler, and apply all the personalizations and decor in between epoxy cure times.

Snowglobe Type Tumblers

If you request a custom snowglobe, it can take up to 3 week before it ships. There is a degassing time of 1-2 days before I can properly seal and vinyl the cup and if I need to source specialty clay pieces or glitter. 

Crochet Items

If you request a custom crochet item - it can take up to 3 weeks to source the yarn and materials and create the item (depending on complexity) before it's ready to ship.

Ready to ship items are processed and shipped within 3 days.
